When a filter is installed in the rack, your equipment is protected from the damaging effects of large dust particles present in every home's air. Made in America from American made 26 Gauge Steel Galvanized Sheet Metal. Each side has a 3/4" hem flange on each end. Actual overall dimensions flange side for this rack 21-3/4 x 17-3/4. The length is 4" long. There is a sliding door on the 16" side for filter access. The door can slide from ether side allowing for easy access. Filter for this rack is 20 x 16 x 1". Although it normally takes a little more time and effort on our part, our products are typically riveted together. Riveting, versus spot welding, provides a more durable bond resulting in a longer lasting rigid part that will serve you for decades. The rack is shipped unassembled to save shipping cost to you, our customer. However, assembly is easy and only takes about 10 minutes to complete. We are a complete sheet metal .
