Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original custom inner sleeve with 'information of interest' and a listing of the seldom seen instruments used by The Residents on the album. Please see my accompanying back cover image for the track listing. Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of cover is a high VG++ with a couple of wrinkles, a little contact wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Custom inner sleeve is in nice shape with no real flaws.
