Daisy 111 Model 40 RED RYDER "Hang-Tag" ReproductionPlymouth Michigan This Tag was a printing for the 111 Model 40 Carbine - which I have dated around 1940's. This Tag Design was originally introduced in 1938, so probably was used with the original Red Ryder in 1940. Believe the tag was loose in the box, or attached to cocking lever. Original tag had tape all the way around it to hold it together and the pin stuck through the yellow "Cut Tape Here" panel. This is a high quality reproduction of the original. Original was folded AND A PACK OF DAISY BULLS EYE BB'S AND A SHOOT SAFE BUDDY PIN CAME WITH IT AS SHOWN IN THE LATTER AUCTION PHOTO. Tag is 3 by 6 inches unfolded (not including tabs) and includes the operating instructions, parts list, Guarantee and registration card for the World Wide Safety League. Made from Original Tag in my colection. Nicely reproduced on heavy stock paper with non-fade ink and sprayed with fixative to preserve each item. The tag I am selling is also folded as the original.
