The Father Penguin, a 1970's design is by George Thompson, while the rare frosted Mother Penguin is by Darby Webster, each is about 4” tall. The penguin Fledglings, sliding on the ice, one with flippers up, one with flippers down are each about 4” long. All are mouth blown of sparkling crystal, all are correctly signed Steuben. Notice the extruded glass beaks on these penguins. These fragile beaks are often found damaged with the beaks ground down.These original vintage pieces are new in box with no chips, no cracks, no nicks, no scratches, no damage to the beaks or flippers and no display bottom wear.
