Rare Antique Micro Seed Beads-18/0 Golden Mustard Yellow Hanks Greasy Finish

Description: This is a beautiful greasy finish (meaning that the glass allows a small amount of light to pass through it, like polished jade does). There is no applied finish or "oily" quality. Beads like this are no longer produced. These were handmade in Murano Italy over 100 years ago. The beads are tiny at 1.1-1.2 millimeters and are sold in 5-5.5" hanks with six strands each (see photo of one hank wrapped around a penny). The weight and size vary, I did not string these so I have no control over the variation in size. I have 70 listed here and another 70 on a similar selling site.
