Published by Rieder-Cardinell company. In 1906 The Great Quake shook San Francisco, but the real damage was the Fire that burned the city down afterwards. All the water pipes were broken from the earthquake and fire fighters had to watch helplessly as the city burned to the ground for 3 days. This book is all photos of buildings before and after the fire. 50 pages. Book is in fair condition. There is a stain in the upper right hand corner that is on every page in the book. One page is loose. Age stain here and there throughout the whole book. No foxing. Paperback. Cover is attached but easily could come loose. Has some great panorama shots and also a 3 page foldout of the city. Measures 8 x 11. Guaranteed to be an "Old" authentic item. 9/2012
