I have the original receipt but the artists name isn’t on it and I can’t find a signature. This came out of an estate that collected art. Some more famous than others but they purchased allot from local artists as well. This along with another one I have for sale is called instrument of peace. It does not make noise like rain even though it looks like a rain stick. There is nothing inside of the stick. It’s strictly for decoration.
