Also the tracking with eBay standard envelope is basic and often only tracks outgoing and final destination. Tracking from location to location is not really available on these items. All orders are properly sleeved and in a cardstock envelope which should be acceptable under standard handling. The glass lens in the duplex scanner needs to be cleaned very often in this business and this is why. Also occasionally "checkered patterns" are shown on the card photos; this is not damage and is far less noticed by the human eye. This is from the linen style postcards and its density differential, the patterns are vivid when scanned with high DPI (mine is set to 400 which is more than enough to pick this up.)
