Description: This auction is for a Polish Theater Poster, by Jan? Lenica, circa 1975. Am guessing it is a first edition?. It measures 26" x 38". It is in okay condition. It has yellowed with age and has some foxing. There is some wear on the edges, particularly the upper right edge. And it has a musty odor. The three lines translate as: 1) 19 November 1825 Laying of the foundation stone for the building. 2) 19 November 1965 Opening of the Grand Theater after reconstruction. 3) 19 November 1975 10th anniversary of the Grand Theater in the rebuilt building The line on the bottom left says "WDA.3 Zom.2504 Nakt. 1000.
