Description: Artist: Pink Floyd Title: The Wall Label: EMI CatNo: SHDW 411 Year: 1979 Country: UK This is the Original 1979 UK Pressing of `The Wall` by `Pink Floyd`, this is the rarer issue before the `Band` credits were added to the inner gatefoldand before the Barcode was added, it comes with top condition vinyls, original round cornered thick card inner lyric sleeves also in top condition Matrix: A-2U side 2 SHSP 4111 B-5U side 3 SHSP 4112 A-3U side 4 SHSP 4112 B-3U Vinyl Grading (NM/M-) under bright LED lights I cant hardly see the usual light sleeve removal scuffs (this is unusual as the records were sold in rough card sleeves which marked the vinyl, these have been placed in proper hifi sleeves) this record looks almost unplayed, I played it through once and it played great, no sticks/jumps or feelable scratches, Top Vinyl! Label Grading - Lovely Clean labels - just a couple of visible spindle lines - hardly played Inserts - 2 NM thick card inner lyric sleeves ist rounded corner issues, no knifing etc SleeveGrading (EX++) - Matt finish Thick Card Gatefold with minimal ringwear, sharp openings, nice spine (Please see photos for complete overview) Packing Details – Every record will have the following: Records placed separate from sleeve to avoid knifing Sleeve and Vinyl placed in Polythene outer 2x 12” Card stiffeners to protect from bending Sealed in bubble wrap for extra protection placed in cruciform professional record mailer Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in UK Record Collector Magazine below: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
