Description: Here is a pink 702B princess phone. The handset cord, plastics, and dial all came from a 701B princess phone but the base was defective and hard to service. Thus, I used a 702B base, some washers, and pieced together this 702B telephone. It rings, dials out, and works in conversation. It is very presentable and can even light up (if you have a transformer which is NOT included). As far as cosmetics are concerned, the handset is a slightly faded but that does not detract too much from the phone's overall beauty. The line cord is white and needs to be cleaned but is wired correctly for use! The original base shows signs of having been in a humid environment but that does not affect function and you may feel free to swap the plastics on another phone with this one if you choose though I do not think that would be necessary because there are no creepy crawlies (which you often see with phones from parts of the United States with humid environments) and there is minimal rust and a new rubber/cork base pad. The base is a genuine unfaded bubble gum pink color. The handset, just a shade more yellow. Shipping cost covers the cost of the label (eBay charges $14.00 for Medium Flat Rate USPS boxes), transportation to the post office, and bubble wrap and/or paper, packing peanuts, or whatever seems appropriate to ship your telephone. I always make sure to never ship a phone with its handset directly cradled to its base as doing so can damage the phone.
