I did have the sleeves take up, but they are still on the longer side (~24")Somehow my breeches/ belt rubbed a section of the inside liner :( You can't see it when the coat is on and the outside was not affected. Very shiny, pretty buttons! measurements are taken in pics-- take the coats thickness into account!
