Description: Miscellaneous Railroad Company 20Rm-AthHW Passenger Car Interior KIT for the Athearn 72ft Standard Steel (Heavy-Weight) Pullman Car. As always: TEST FIT BEFORE GLUEING! The KIT consists of: 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. This kit fits the car based on the window and door placement. The interior has holes in the floor for the truck screws. Assemble and populate the interior before installation . There may be a little filing required. Use care when gluing. “Super Glue” works well; but read warning below. The interior is designed for the installation of an LSW100 under the interior floor for car weight. (available separately). The pilot model has 7 inches of LSW100 and weighs 6.2oz with an un-populated interior and the original trucks.The holes in the LSW were punched with a hand-held single hole punch. Plan for your electrical wiring! Bond the completed interior to the previously installed LSW with automotive weather stripping adhesive. I attempt to provide the most accurate description possible.
