The sheet of hand-laid paper is printed on both sides. The copper-engraved strip maps (with accompanying information about the locations along the route and embellishments such as coats of arms) are pages 219 & 220 of 'Britannia Depicta'. They have significant detail of topography and place names, Settlements along the route include: Page 219 - Oxford, Deddington, Banbury Page 220 - Coventry, Nuneaton, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Derby Provenance: 'Britannia Depicta or Ogilby Improv'd', London, 1720 Condition: Good condition. Light age toning. Minor closed tear to the left margin (p.219). Faint crease to the top left corner (p.219). Please study the photographs carefully to fully appreciate the condition. Ref: #07039
