I count 11 full-page illustrated plates but I believe it was issued with 13. It seems plates between pp. 34-35 and pp.40-41 are missing, so I've tried to price this accordingly. Original dust jacket is present but with a front inner flap barely hanging on and a substantial split at the spine. Presents well and now encased in archival mylar.
