OOAK Artisan Dollhouse Miniature Santa Claus entitled "Hot Cocoa” IGMA Member

Description: Artisan Miniature IGMA Dollhouse OOAK Sculpture; "Hot Cocoa” by C.J. DobieThis is a wonderful, one-of-a-kind (no molds) polymer clay sculpture of Santa Claus, entitled "Hot Cocoa", which will be reflected on a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) signed by the Artist; C.J. Dobie - International Guild of Miniature Artisans (IGMA). Up for your consideration is a sculpture of Santa Claus, taking a minute to warm his hands and tummy with a cup of hot cocoa. Santa's curly white hair is on full display, with his unruly eyebrows, full beard peeking out from beneath his (attached) cap. His beautiful green eyes contemplating the brisk flight to the next house. He is wearing a pair of red trousers and coat, trimmed with white faux fur. His coat is cinched with a wide black belt that matches his black boots. Santa is wearing flocked "gloves" to try and stay warm on this cold winter's night; carefully holding on to his blue mug of hot cocoa, topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a candy cane. The cup is decorated with a festive painting of holly berries and ivy; made by the Artist. Santa can stand without a base, but you may need to adjust him slightly if needed upon arrival. I normally try to leave certain elements loose so that you can use your imagination or replace items. In this case, the handle of the cup fits in his right hand, with the bottom of the cup resting in his left palm; no glue or adhesive was used. He was colored with pastels and carefully painted to add a more realistic look to his complexion. No separate value has been assessed for the props/accessories; however, everything shown is included in this auction. I'm sure wherever he lives next, you'll enjoy getting to know him as much as I have.
