Only 82 personalized examples where produced worldwide and issued to the more elite public. This particular example was issued to Karel Lotsy (K.J.J.Lotsy). He was a very prominent figure in the development of sport in the Netherlands. In charge of the Dutch Football team in the 1930's. He went to the 1924 Paris games to learn about organizing the event. He helped organise the 1928 Amsterdam games and was Chef de Mission (head of mission) at the 1936, 1948 and 1952 Olympic games. You can read everything about him on the internet. This is a true rare and unique piece of Olympic memorabilia. Obviously there is only one in existence. The book although it has some staining is in very good condition. ( this staining appears often on examples of this version). The inside of the book and binding are in very good condition. It also has all it's original fold out additions.
