There may be cosmetic damages. These might be a little dirty. May have some broken fans. We did not verify that all of them have the included screws, but most of them should. We did not re-format the SSD hard drives, so I would recommend to do a factory reset or reimage the SSD. We have had customers having a hard time getting the machine to boot, be aware the top button on right side of chassis is the power button. There might be bios settings to automatically power on when power is applied, but many of them had bios reset. There may be some broken fans. We have been phasing these out for the last few months so we no longer had any interest in replacing the fans that failed. Replacement fans can be purchased directly from Octominer or on Amazon for around $20. All of that said, these have been working great for us but we're upgrading our datacenter and no longer have any use for these.
