One has a full box, and the other is only the bottom half of the box from Kohl's. You will see on the drop down size selections "9" or "9 with no lid". **Update - the 9 with lid is sold. These original Ugg slippers come new in the original box, These Ugg slipper have a synthetic sole and a suede upper. The inner lining a faux fur, and has a padded footbed; rubber outsole and midsole. As seen in some pictures, the slippers being taken out of the box in Kohl's has caused the suede to look smeared, for lack of a better word, but most places can be gently fixed with a clean hand stroke.
