Description: Please note - these parts only fit the Series 2 Bowflex Dumbbells. The series 1 have a gray tab and the series 2 have a red tab. Each order includes only one item with the exception of the endcaps (two included) and the springs/bearings (two each included). All of these parts are brand new and unused and come from a complete new handle. So they have been handled and taken apart so they may show very minor signs of handling. They are all authentic genuine Bowflex parts and no 3D printed parts. Please refer to pics for the exact item you are purchasing. Each part will fit the left or right side of the series 2 dumbbell. I have used parts for the 552 Series 2, used parts for the 552 Series 1 and new parts for the 1090 model. Instructions - These are very simple to take apart and put back together. There is a few videos on YouTube (search "repair Bowflex dumbbells") that show how to do this. The videos may show the 552 or the 1090 models but they are pretty much the same. Just be careful not to lose the springs or bearings when taking apart. There is a total of four bearings and four springs for each handle or two each for each side of the handle. For both the 552 and 1090 models you will only need TWO ratchets and TWO 19mm sockets (dont need to be deep) to change out most parts. If you are changing out the Tab or the Inner End Cap you will need a Hex T-8 bit. The only places there are some very light oil/grease is on the main rod/shaft and on each side of the metal disc. Again, its very light so its up to you if you would like to add any to it while repairing. Hey all! New seller here attempting my hand at this thing.
