No special Osmosis and remineralization is needed here in Georgia. I simply use aged tap water when performing the water change. The blue dream variety exhibits dark/navy blue even in very young age. An outstanding variety for the light color substrates. I include one additional Blue Dream shrimp for every five shrimps on the quantity you selected. Extras are included to covered the rare event of dead on arrival (DOA). Live arrival is guaranteed for the quantitation you selected. It does not cover the extras.
