All soda is in hand and ready to ship using USPS priority mail. If any order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, I ask all customers to please reach out to me through eBay messages the day of delivery and let me know of any issue. If any item arrives damaged the customer MUST submit to me 3 photos in order for me to properly reimburse the customer. I will need one photo of the package (unopened) as you received it, one photo of any damaged items, and photo of the shipping label. I ask all customers to please make sure you take these photos and submit them to me through eBay messages the day upon arrive. Without any photos I will be unable to file a claim with USPS to be reimbursed which then I will be unable to properly compensate the customer. U.S Orders:All U.S orders will come shipped USPS priority mail in a double corrugated box with shipping and tracking information. All orders ship in a 12.00 x 9.00 x 9.00 USPS priority mail shipping box with plenty of bubble wrap along all walls. The shipping label will be labeled as "LIQUIDS" and "FRAGILE" to prevent damage. I ship once payment is processed and made in full. I ship all orders (Monday - Friday) that are made before 4:00am est. International Orders: All International orders will come shipped USPS priority mail in a double corrugated box with shipping and tracking information. All orders ship in a 12.00 x 9.00 x 9.00 USPS priority mail shipping box with plenty of bubble wrap along all walls of the package. The shipping label will be labeled as "LIQUIDS" and "FRAGILE" to prevent damage. All international orders will ship through the eBay international shipping program. This means all international orders must be shipped to one of two eBay hubs in either California or Illinois before being shipped to the customer. Once eBay processes and relabels your package, they will ship the item to the customer.
