Description: These were purchased and never used. They and the accessories have been sitting in a case for several years and show deterioration. They power on completely as they should and scan, et cetera, but don't communicate properly. Mostly just static. I don't know why. The foam on the mics on the over-ear headphones is coming off. I pulled the antenna cover out of its socket trying to get it in its holster (very tight fit) and that needs reglued.
