The navy clothbound hardcover beneath is in very good preowned condition. The exterior page edges show some light discoloration from dust and age spots. Inside, it appears pristine and unread, except for a stamped price on the front endpapers, and the name & date of prior owner written neatly within. Otherwise crisp, clean, and unblemished. The blue of the dust jacket, and clothbound cover beneath appear slightly darker in iPhone photos than they do to my eye.
