TOP oven has been upgraded to a Pixsys ATR244 Temperature Controller with Solid State Relay to control the High Flame gas Solenoid valve, Hi-Limit and Cooldown safety features enabled. TOP oven also got a new burner blower motor.Ovens are 48" wide, 54" length and 39"tall each; Conveyors are 32" wide and 90" length.Both ovens are complete with all their ‘air fingers’ and covers, the conveyors are 32” wide.
