This 26 year old treasure of the popular classic Commando, old school style, is a rare treat for the market with it's soothing dial color and being in a gently used shape for it's age. Glass appears to be mark free but may have a couple micro hairlines which your eyes will ache trying to locate. Bezel and case look great with minimal wear marks noted. Caseback is fair showing the bulk of the wear consisting of fine scuffing and a few, more pronounced tool marks which will never be seen when worn. The original black leather straps were a bit on the stiff, stretched & tired side so I have really freshened up the watch with these brand new, Genuine Wenger SAK tan leather suede straps which really compliment the watch quite well. That's it. The light cosmetic imperfections should serve as a testament to the overall direct usage (or lack thereof) to the watch. This thing presents itself very well when on the wrist or displayed. Hard to go wrong here. Ready for work, formal events, playtime, extreme adventure, military personal or add to your collection to proudly display. Watch has always been professionally maintained and will arrive as clean as you will ever find. Recently fitted with a fresh Energizer battery and operating properly. Important disclaimer regarding water resistancy. This watch has a water resistant rating from the factory of 100m. Please know that water resistant does not mean waterproof. Many ppl get this confused. As per manufacture, crown needs to be fully depressed and activities such as diving & showering should be avoided to ensure full water resistant results. The manufacturer doesn't warrant this, neither do I. Educate yourself. Besides, why would you want to get these beautiful suede leather straps wet anyways. Some specifics: Watch measures just over 1 1/2" or apx 38.5mm across case excluding crown and lugs. Width between the lugs is 19mm. Strap length is apx 9 1/2" or 240mm from tip to tip so please keep this in mind prior to placing a bid/offer. Included is the super cool watch and a genuine Wenger presentation box (not original to watch). NO other boxes, extra straps, extra links or instruction manual but watch is super EZ to operate.
