Description: Today I am offering this fabulous vintage pair of Charlie 1 Horse by Lucchese Western Cowboy Booties. These are superior quality ankle boots, handcrafted in Brazil. I'm not sure when these were made, but my best guess is early 2000s. These are deep rich reddish brown leather with fancy flames in pink and pale matte gold contrasting stitching on the instep/toe area. They have a long pointy toe with a square tip. They have leather insoles and outsoles and stacked leather Cuban style heels. They have double hidden elastic gussets on both sides for a comfortable fit. The "Charlie 1 Horse" name and logo are stamped into the bottom and sides of the leather interior, as well as branded into the exterior thick leather soles. They have the numbers 1 6184 and 192640 1037, along with the USA and EUR sizes 8B & 39 stamped inside each boot. They measure approximately 11" from heel to toe (measured along the exterior side), and about 3" across at the widest point of the bottom sole. (Keep in mind that the toe box is extra long.) The heels are 1" high. Please measure against a similar shoe you already own to ensure proper fit. They are in great vintage pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear as shown in the pictures. The interiors are clean and free from odors. I did not attempt to clean, polish, or condition these in any way. If you choose to do that they would probably look even more spiffy! These really are a stunning pair of shoes. The craftsmanship is amazing, so with proper care they will last a lifetime.
