Description: Lovely lot of 4 white vintage hand towels or guest towels, all of linen. The details are: First is a small towel (13" x 24") with a hem-stitched edge, and delicate cross-stitch at one end. The cross stitch is of women with flower baskets; the women are stitched in white, and the flower baskets are very soft pastels. This towel has one faint spot as shown in the photos; this would be on the back side when folded in half. Next are a pair of small towel with cut work and embroidery, and scalloped edges. While not a matched pair, they complement each other well. One measures 11" x 17" and the other is 10.5" x 16". They could easily be folded to look the same size. Last is a linen towel with a small filet square and satin stitch detailing. I have many other lots of hand towels listed, as well as other vintage linens. I'm always happy to combine shipping.
