Description: 1966 re-release of 1953 Paramount Pictures western classic that is considered, along with High Noon and The Searchers, one of the three best and most important westerns of the 1950s, starring Alan Ladd as a traveler who stops to stay at the Wyoming homestead of Van Heflin and Jean Arthur and then gets involved in a range war among the settlers. Note that in 1966 Paramount issued two sets of lobby cards, one red-bordered for USA releases, one yellow bordered for international releases, this card is from the INTL set.
