Supports are removed, models are cleaned, and cured before being sent to you. We take great care in preparing your model for your enjoyment and we have a very high quality control standard. Due to the nature of 3D printing, there could be small errors, or a small piece of support may be missed and require cleanup. Multipart models may need sanding, filling for small gaps like greenstuff, and glued.
