The barrel is made of a strong ABS plastic capped with a stainless-steel nib. The ergonomic triangular fingergrip area is comfortable in the hand and makes for smooth writing. The pen uses a cartridge filling system with blue ink supplied and is set to be used with the T10 cartridge but, can be modified to use the Z28. Additionally, the pen is smartly made with a window to see the level of ink available in the cartridge. The design is capped off with a chrome-plated brass wire clip for securely storing it in a notebook or pocket.
