This auction features a wonderfully elegant Baume Mercier stainless steel and gold plated lady's watch. The timepiece measures approximately 35mm in length and 24mm in diameter. There are the standard scratches to the stainless band and case yet nothing unexpected with normal use; as well as some finish wear to three of the band's gold links. The crystal is issue free allowing a clear view of the unique multi hued mother of pearl dial. A new battery has been installed in the 6 jewel signed Baume Mercier quartz movement. The timepiece currently sets and keeps very good time although unerring accuracy is not guaranteed. If optimal timekeeping is desired, a cleaning and adjustment is recommended. The stainless steel band with fold over clasp will accommodate the more substantial wrist. Please review all the pictures as they represent far more accurately the items condition than any verbal description that I can provide.
