The warranty is null and void in the event of misuse, damage caused during installation by someone other than a qualified technician, or after the warranty period has expired. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details. 3-Year Exchange Warranty (Upgrade) The manufacturer commits to replacing any unit that displays a defect in materials or workmanship during the Exchange Warranty Period with a new or refurbished unit in similar condition. The decision to replace will be solely at the manufacturer's discretion and may involve a product with equivalent or superior specifications, depending on availability. All costs associated with repair, logistics, and insurance will be covered by the manufacturer. You'll need to pack the original machine in the box provided with the replacement unit, and return shipping instructions will be included for the prepaid return. However, if there's evidence of abuse, use of non-KYOCERA supplies, or failure to return the device, charges may apply for the replacement device. Coverage: The Exchange Warranty Period begins on the purchase date. The Exchange Warranty lasts for three (3) years from the purchase date or 10,000 prints, whichever comes first.
