By modulating the pitch of oscillator 1 with the waveform of oscillator 2, it is possible to create everything from vibrato effects that oscillate the pitch periodically with an LFO to extreme metallic sounds like FM synths.■The monotron DUO's ribbon controller keyboard has added the familiar scale function of KAOSSILATOR. By switching the switch, you can choose from four scales: chromatic/major/minor/off.
