The Jupiter-12 is a copy of the pre-war Carl Zeiss Sonnar 35mm f/2.8 and perhaps that's the reason why this lens has such an outstanding reputation. Made in LZOS (Lytkarinsky Optical Glass Factory) was in Lytkarno, 100km north of Moscow. It was a subsidiary of KMZ (Krasnogorsk Mechanical Factory). Serial number lens: №8846326. This serial number dates this lens 1988 as per published production numbers. All features have been tested and work properly. Glass on lenses is clean, no fungus.
