It was tested by a team of factory technicians, all electronics are working as designed, the neck is straight, the frets are level, and there are no cracks or dings on the body. When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes in the finish, the only thing we found is a tiny nick at the tip of the headstock. The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair. Who refurbishes your instruments?
