We use USPS as a main carrier, if you have a preference let us know. Typical shipping is First Class for light items that will fit in a large envelope and parcel Post for others. Priority shipping will be used at your request or if it will give you a better rate. We will inform you if there will be a delay from our house to the Post Office for any reason. Transit and Delivery will vary 3-5 days for First Class mail, 5-9 days for Parcel Post, 2-4 days for Priority Shipping depending on your location and weather. Sometimes USPS will take a package and sort it in 7 to 10 different locations which is out of our control, please do not leave comments that the package was late or did not arrive on time in the feedback as this severelly affects the Seller ratings. Our home is a pet & smoke free home but PLEASE keep in mind, we sell mostly Used and Vintage items. We launder all clothes and clean the outside of the shoes/boots, spray disinfectant inside the boots. Most skating boots that we get do not have insoles. The dresses and skates belong to the skaters at our local skating rink, we are not a store. If there is any damage or wear it is listed in the description and/or shown on the photographs. We strive and work very hard to accurately describe and photograph each item that we list.
