Cold Therapy Place the sleeve flat in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours and wipe off the moisture before use. Put it into a sealed plastic bag when place in freezer to prevent it from getting wet or absorbing outside smells Hot Therapy Heat the sleeve for 15 seconds in microwave. If the sleeve is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds. DO NOT heat for more than 45 seconds. Do not warm the sleeve overheat. Sleeve MUST remain at the room temperature before heated in microwave Note Use the compression sleeve for 20-25 minutes. NEVER apply cold / hot therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time!
