We start with heavy-duty materials, cut with CNC precision, made in America. We start with a 2-piece Lexan windshield with quick install straps. The unique design of the 2-piece windshield offers function in all seasons. During colder months, the full windshield offers the needed front wind protection. During warmer months, the 2-piece independent windshield sections allows the lower section to be removed for great air flow while the top remains on as a bug shield or the other way around for a half windshield. The windshield mounts against your roll cage. Specs:QUICK INSTALL STRAPS and TRIM-The Quick Install Straps provide the quickest and easiest installation of a windshield on the market. NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED! Made of a military-grade hook and loop, simply thread the straps through the windshield slots, mount, and attach. IT'S THAT EASY. Additional automotive trim is attached along the sides of the windshield.¼” Polycarbonate-Both the upper and lower windshield section are made of ¼” Lexan polycarbonate. Lexan is the original brand of Polycarp and offers incredible impact strength. When choosing a windshield always select 1/4″ thickness. ¼” polycarbonate will not bow at high speeds or when hauling as compared to 3/16”.2 PIECE DESIGN-Each windshield section mounts independently of the other. These are made of heavy-duty 100% woven polyester fabric 1000 denier thickness with acrylic coating on both sides. Our fabrics are characterized by excellent strength, durability, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and UV and mildew resistance. Providing protection from sun, rain, wind, and snow, our doors offer economical side protection in all seasons. The Cab is part of our modular all-season enclosure for your side-by-side. This combines the doors, back panel & top, with our windshield for total protection! 1000 denier refers to the relative weight of the fabric for the specific length. It does not get better than 1000 denier.Woven polyester marine fabric is woven into a tight weave of fibers the given denier (1000)The acrylic coating is waterproofing the material. The coating on the outside is good, but on both sides, you get maximum protection. Mossy Oak New Break-Up: As above but with 100% woven polyester fabric 600 denier thickness with acrylic coating on one side.
