Description: What is this book about? Let me tell you what it is not about, and about what is its' opposite. Last night, 7 Jun 24, on NPR (National Public Radio), I heard an interview of a female author of the book "Slouch," which I assume is of recent publication. That young woman's interpretation of things is the opposite of what is espoused in this book. They are as diametrically opposed as are the two main political viewpoints in this country (USA) today. She is NPR spewing hatred and fear of another Trump presidency, and this book, if she stooped so low as to read it, would be her Trump trigger. I don't have a dog in this fight, at least not one which I am willing to divulge here on ebay. It just strikes me--the divergence(s). Anyway, I hope you enjoy your new book. You may need it some day. This book was used by a Miss Ruby Tipton of Misenheimer, NC. at the Mitchell Home School. It was also used by Daniel Rash. At the time of publication, the importance of cleanliness to healthiness was still be learned--many still had never been exposed to such notions. Srsly. Consider Louis Pasteur, for example, or the 'medicine' of the American Civil War. Or watch the Kevin Costner flick about the same war--the first ten minutes or so makes the point, and you WILL know it when you see it.
