Description: HMMWV, M998, M1097, Fan Clutch Assembly 1090-06404-01. I have owned a lot of Humvees and I have a lot of spare parts. Most of the big stuff is gone, but I do have some smaller parts to get rid of. I have owned this fan clutch for around 18 years. It does have some scratches and pitting of the metal, mostly from being moved around the shop. The threads on the fan mounting bolts appear not to have been tightened down with nuts. Usually if these are mounted you will see marks and discolouration on the threads where it was installed. I cannot say if this was used or just old stock. If it was used then I would assume it was not on the truck for a very long time. I did break down and sell some brand new 6.2 and 6.5 motors and this may have come from one of them.
