Helene Angeli was a French couturier out of Nice in the 1980's. She created fun bags that were highly decorated, often uniquely themed and usually statement making. Her bags were sold in high end stores such as Bendels and her bags are displayed in many museums including the Louvre Museum of Clothes. This bag does not disappoint.
