Description: Vintage original mid century modern Guido Gambone ceramic lamp with spirals and wooden base. It overall measures approximately 31” tall by 6-3/4” in diameter. The ceramic portion measures approximately 14-1/2” tall by 6” in diameter. The ceramic base is in excellent condition. The wooden base has a lot of varnish loss and is in poor condition. It is being sold for parts only. ( The Gambone ceramic base. ) I took it apart and it is fully signed. ( See photographs.) A similar lamp was sold at Wright Auctions. Great example by this important Italian ceramicist.
