Will fit 4 1/2" with 5/8" to 7/8" arbor, and will fit 7" wheels on the bottom left and the bottom right side (where the blue wheels are in the picture), and also threaded arbors. Will ship in bare metal. Please note that this will arrive with the tabs NOT bent. This is to prevent them from poking through the packaging and also so they won't get damaged.
