The painting is an original American coastal nautical landscape oil painting depicting boats, buildings in a wharf that looks to be in Gloucester, MA (see photos). The oil painting is the work of a talented artist. The painting not signed by the artist: I believe the artist to be American - Irma Keehn, who I found reference to exhibiting a few times at the Art Institute of Chicago in the 1940s (see photos). The painting is painted on a Masonite type board panel (see photos). The painting is vintage. The painting is framed in a simple metal picture frame. The item is from an estate liquidation. This item measures in total framed about 10+ inches high, and it is about 12+ inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 10 inches high, and it is about 12 inches wide. The frame has some scuffs and wear. The painting has some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
