Description: GI Joe 1985 Wolverine 3D Printed Tow RopeThere are quite a few of these tow ropes being sold on ebay right now. I even bought one about a year ago. I was disappointed in the color and shape. Using an original tow rope from my childhood collection, I created the perfect shape, color and flexibility as the original tow rope. If my original rope weren't forever bent, I'd certainly get these confused. But I feel that this is one of the best, most detailed, and accurate copies available. This rope is color matched for the Wolverine (Mauler and Equalizer color-matched ropes are available separately). You can see a comparison with the original part and against the Wolverine tank. This is not painted...it's color matched material will not scratch off and will not wear off with use. To finish, I glaze lightly with UV Guard clear coat semi-gloss enamel paint to protect again brittleness and to give the perfect plastic-like shine that the original tow rope has. The rope is flexible. I can bend it pretty tight, but like the original one, if gone too far, it will snap, so I recommend not folding in half and not pulling too much on the ends. However, this perfectly 'playable' and looks great on the Wolverine holding pegs. This is resin printed, with color matched ABS-like resin.
