Varnish on Hat is starting to peel. Some bumps and scuffs from normal usage. See pictures and video. Produced in East Germany (German Democratic Republic) in 1955 before the "Wall Fell" in 1990. We have done our best to show with pictures and description any and all imperfections as this item is in no way perfect.
