RETURNS Because of scammers, and eBay’s unwillingness to deal with them, this item is sold AS IS WHERE IS. WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) applies. HOWEVER, if you have a legitimate problem, and aren’t threatening a negative feedback or just demanding partial refunds, etc I will work with you to make it right. Any action I take is 100% my prerogative. I want to do the right thing, but I just cannot and will not deal with scammers. In most cases, I am happy to accept returns. However, any returns will be opened in the presence of my local postmaster and videotaped to prove that the item received is the same item I shipped. If it is not, this constitutes POSTAL FRAUD, which is a felony. I will press charges. I apologize to the honest people out there but I see no alternative. SHIPPING VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the item being shipped, and the distance of the shipment. I am not a professional seller. I do not have an account that gets me discounted shipping, etc. Also, I tend to go overboard as far as making sure an item is packed as securely as possible. Depending on the item shipped, it’s not uncommon for me to use several dollars worth of filament tape, several extra layers of cardboard, bubble wrap, etc to make sure a shipment is secure. I say all this because the actual cost of mailing an item is not my only expense in shipping that item. I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible. If you buy two or more items within 10 days of one another, just send a request for total shipping, and I’ll do my best and get back with a reduced shipping charge. I do not intend to make any money from shipping. If the cost of shipping that is determined by the eBay app ends up being more than the actual cost of shipping and packaging, I will refund the difference. Just ask!!!
