Description: This is a beautiful and Fine Vintage Old Soviet Russian Impressionist Seascape Oil Painting on Artist Board, by seldomly seen Russian Impressionist painter, A.L. Reznik (b. 1922.) This artwork depicts an enchanting and colorful seascape scene, possibly of the Caspian or Black Sea, with gorgeous and delicate rendered ocean waves colored in hues of lavender, periwinkle, and warm gold. This work retains an old exhibition label on the verso from 1981, which when translated from Cyrillic, is signed: "A.L. Reznik" and titled "By the Sea." There is not much biographical information on this artist, but perhaps you know more about them or their work? Approximately 21 x 21 inches (including frame.) Actual visible artwork is approximately 17 1/4 x 17 1/4 inches. Good condition for age, with some light scuffing and edge wear to the original vintage gilded frame.
