Pip boy is in overall great shape. There are a few scratches on the screen. Clock does turn on when batteries are inserted but sadly none of the buttons work to set the time. Only the middle button lights up (sporadically). This was a common issue with these clocks when they originally released. Also, the half moon insert that goes into the stand has broken at the bottom. In it's current state, you cannot fit it into the base so it makes displaying the pip boy difficult. 100% authentic and officially licensed by Bethesda.
